When I go into trance, I tune into this field using your unique frequency. Each soul has its own “record,” like a spiritual fingerprint. What I receive isn’t just information—it’s as if I am living it too. I feel the emotional charge, the lessons, the patterns, and the sacred contract that you, as a soul, agreed to before coming into this life. The one that needs my energy to shift.

What Are Soul Contracts?

Soul contracts are agreements you made before you incarnated. You created them with other souls, with your guides, and with your higher self. They’re designed to help you evolve. Some contracts are beautiful agreements to meet soulmates, children, mentors. Others are more challenging, involving hardship, loss, betrayal—experiences your soul chose to trigger growth, healing, or awakening.

This can be hard to accept. Why would we choose pain? But when you view your life through the lens of the Akashic Records, you begin to see a deeper architecture. Nothing is random. Even your struggles serve a higher purpose. You did choose all of this before you came here!

Why We Forget Our Contracts

When you enter the physical world, you pass through the veil of forgetfulness. You forget your soul contracts because remembering them would interfere with the learning process. Earth is a school. We’re here to feel, fall, remember, and rise. But forgetting doesn’t mean your soul isn’t guiding you. You can remember the essence of your contracts when you’re ready to heal and grow consciously.

Signs You’re Being Influenced by a Soul Contract

• You keep attracting the same type of relationship dynamic, no matter how hard you try to break the cycle
• You feel a strong pull toward someone or something you can’t logically explain
• You’re dealing with a challenge that feels bigger than you, like it carries karmic weight
• You’ve always felt a deep mission or longing that goes beyond this lifetime

Recognizing a soul contract doesn’t excuse toxic behaviour or remove free will—but it gives context. And context is powerful.

How the Akashic Records Reveal Soul Contracts

When I guide clients into the Akashic field, what often comes through is the “why” behind their pain. For example, someone stuck in a pattern of abandonment might discover they had a contract to learn self-trust. Another might realize that a controlling parent wasn’t a punishment but a catalyst for reclaiming their voice.
