  • Payments are non-refundable so please ensure you are able to attend before booking. 
  • Should you need to re-arrange your appointment you are able to do so as long as 24 hours notice is given. You will need to do this online through your confirmation email.

I have attended several monthly Breath of Life sessions and can really feel the positive effects. During the session Sam guides you through breathing/meditation techniques to help release any stress and anxiety the body is holding on to.
