(with excerpts from the original dialogue)
During a recent spiritual guidance session, participants gathered with the intention of receiving insight around healing, purpose, fear, and personal growth. Throughout the conversation, a series of themes emerged around self-responsibility, love, and the energetic nature of human experience.
Below are the key teachings, alongside selected excerpts from the dialogue itself.
One of the first ideas shared was a reframe of the concept of a life “path.” Rather than something fixed or physical, life was described as an energetic experience shaped by the choices we make.
“You refer to it as a path in this world you chose. Though we find path is not really the best of words… for there is a physical path for you to walk. But the truth is it is purely an energetic path you must now see.”
Each experience we choose contributes to the energy we live within. When choosing experiences, the guidance emphasized aligning them with love and genuine interest.
“Each time you wish to experience something, choose it to be something of value, of interest, of love. There must always be a choice centered in love.”
This perspective invites a shift away from searching for the “right road” and toward consciously shaping our energetic experience.
A participant asked what was needed in order to find joy. The response suggested that joy is not something waiting somewhere in the future or outside of ourselves.
“Joy is not waiting. Joy is within you. You must learn to push past pain and unlock that joy.”
The guidance also highlighted how the mind can convince us that happiness must come from outside sources.
“It is simply your own mind, your own imagination that would have you believe it is external to you. For all you need is within.”
Rather than searching for joy externally, the invitation was to reconnect with what is already present internally.
Another theme was the idea that many struggles arise when we remain connected to experiences that are no longer aligned with love or joy.
“The struggles you appear to be in are simply the need to let go of what is not love and what does not fill you with joy.”
While this may feel challenging, the message suggested that we often remain in situations through habit or identity rather than conscious choice.
“It is your choice to remain in the challenges you are in… because you are choosing through the human aspect of self rather than the higher self.”
The invitation was to notice where life is asking for release and realignment.
The topic of illness raised an important insight about fear and control.
Rather than focusing on defending against illness, the guidance suggested that releasing fear may be more powerful than resisting it.
“If you wish to not revisit this experience, you must lose your fear of it… and the fear that it activated within you.”
The message also acknowledged that while we cannot control everything, we do have influence over where our minds focus.
“You cannot control everything… but the only thing you will ever control is where you allow your mind to take you.”
Illness was described as a moment of reflection and an opportunity to shift choices moving forward.
“Illness is an opportunity to choose differently.”
When asked whether certain life decisions were the correct ones, the guidance emphasized that experiences themselves are not inherently right or wrong.
“If you are choosing what feels right and what will hold you in the vibration of love, then it is correct.”
However, it was also acknowledged that some choices create easier journeys than others.
“You can also choose what you call wrong… we would say harder, denser opportunities to sit in the vibration of love.”
Ultimately, every experience contributes to learning.
“Your choices are correct. It is simply you choosing how you wish to do this experience.”
Another participant described feeling blocked while trying to help others. The response reframed the idea of obstacles.
“We see no blocks as you refer to it, but more the rejection of the need to change how you are living in this world.”
Rather than external barriers, these moments may reveal areas where personal beliefs or lifestyle patterns require adjustment.
“Reframe your thoughts around what you see as blocks and see them instead as opportunities.”
This shift encourages curiosity rather than frustration when challenges arise.
A participant asked whether they would ever find their life purpose. The response reframed the concept of purpose itself.
“You are already in your purpose. Never underestimate simply being here in physical form.”
Purpose was described less as a fixed role and more as an experience of presence and authenticity.
“The purpose is simply to be more present right now.”
Moments of uncertainty can also indicate a transition between old identities and new directions.
“You needed to let go of old versions of visions of who you were put here to be.”
In this way, uncertainty becomes part of the process of growth.
Another participant spoke about wanting to be seen and heard after years of hiding.
The guidance suggested that external recognition begins with internal self-recognition.
“There is a need for you to see yourself first. Not as others see you, but as you truly are.”
Seeking acceptance from others can unintentionally create cycles where it always feels out of reach.
“You have spent many years seeking acceptance for who you are. Stop.”
Instead, the message was to cultivate self-acceptance.
“If you be your own self, you will experience acceptance as you have never experienced before.”
Language and thought were described as powerful forces shaping human experience.
“Language is funny. It is words that hold the true power to change how you experience.”
However, the deeper insight was that words originate in thought.
“You actually think the words before you even speak them into your existence.”
Because of this, transforming internal dialogue can transform lived experience.
“Change your thoughts and the words that come from the mouth will automatically change.”
Fear of the unknown was described as something people can become emotionally accustomed to over time.
“The humanoid becomes addicted to emotion states first.”
When fear becomes familiar, it can unconsciously shape behavior and perception.
“Your addiction comes from a fear of not mattering.”
Instead of trying to analyze every origin of fear, the suggestion was to consciously choose different emotional experiences.
“Choose different experiences so that you may open up to release that energy.”
The session concluded with a reminder that the true influence behind thoughts lies in the emotional energy connected to them.
“Choose your path with each thought, but more importantly with the feeling, the frequency that lies behind.”
In this view, life is not something that simply happens to us. It is something continually shaped by the energy we bring into each moment.
The invitation offered was simple but profound:
to choose love, joy, and awareness as often as possible, and allow those choices to shape the experience of life.
