As we are now moving forward through the 11:11 energy, which as I shared in my previous blog (click here, you must read this!) is powered by another master number 22, I thought you might appreciate a few tips on how to embrace the energies we are now in.

So, my first tip, is that because this is all about the love, it is about the release of fear and empowering yourself by opening up to the vibration of love, remember that the darker forces out there, may be trying to stop you from doing just that! They may be engineering moments, memories and other triggers to push you back into fear.

Whatever is happening in your world, do your best to not go into fear!

My next tip is to spend time working on the heart chakra. If you have attended my activations, you need to be doing the heart and soul activation work more than ever right now to help you use these energies powerfully.

My next tip is to stay grounded! With so much energy pouring into us, it can be easy to become ungrounded which is actually not good for us. Spend time outdoors, walk in nature, sit in nature, swim in nature. Spend time by the ocean, in the woods, the trees, whatever calls to your soul right now. Listen to your soul and follow its lead.
