Healing Baths
Let go in this beautiful group healing experience as you float in this meditation based, healing session where the reiki, angelic and galactic energies come together to deliver the perfect healing session needed right now. Bathe in the energies of the reiki and the angels as I channel the healing into you. Men and women are welcome to this session.
Breath of Life Sessions
My BREATH OF LIFE sessions are the perfect blend of Breathwork and meditation. Heart and mind coherence being the focus to restore health in the whole system. I understand how the body holds on to stress and anxiety especially when we have so much to deal with right now. Men and women are welcome to these sessions.
Healing from Within Sessions
This is one of my most powerful, yet beautiful 4 hour sessions of deep healing.
A day of being shown how to release the trauma that is locked within your physical body so that you can stop manifesting more trauma.
A day of breathwork, biohacking, meditation, journaling and of course spiritual coaching to ease your soul back into this physical world and your body.
Please be aware that this is an emotional healing session, expect tears, expect pain, expects to shout and scream!
